Order update texts

Main Street Bagels and Appetizing (72-26 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11367) sends text messages about online orders to customers who ask for them. You choose this by ticking "Text me updates about this order" on our order form at msbtext2order.netlify.app. Ticking the box is optional and is not required to place an order.

• What we send: texts about your own order only: that it is confirmed and when it will be ready, that it is ready for pickup, or that we could not take it.
• How often: usually 1 to 3 texts per order. No marketing or promotional texts.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Stop: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
• Help: call us at (718) 793-8100, or reply HELP.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your name and phone number only to prepare your order and to contact you about it.

• We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or other personal information with anyone for their marketing.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
• Our order system and our text message provider (Twilio) process your number only to deliver our service to you.
